Nedbank has NO RESPECT for their clients

I'm in disbelief at the appalling level of disrespect I have endured at the hands of my bank of 9years!!!!imagine how they disregard consumers,could it be because i am a black female?????!on the 28th of September sunday at around 16h30 i sent my self a cardless voucher(sendimali )of R900.00 and tried to withdraw it from a picnpay till while grocery shopping as i didnt have my card on me then the teller told me the voucher stuck and cant withdraw and that it was not the first time they experienced this issue so i left the store as the voucher appeared as "unredeemed" on the money app,then then i waited for the funds to reverse all to no avail,then i called in to the callcentre the agent logged a call for the team to investigate and reverse funds back into my account,im still waiting till today for the funds to come back to account,whe n i log into my app on sendimali transaction history the voucher displays a clock to show its indeed frozen as it does not show reddemed or unreedemed,its sickening to think that our money is safe kept underneath a mattress and not at the bank!!!I demand that that the money is reversed or the voucher must be activated and sent to me for withdrawal!its insane I will not lose money kept n my bank account,I REFUSE,Nedbank better act fast and attend to this matter immediately!to hell !!!*** is all this???!!!
