Nedbank Has Lost The Plot

Hello fellow people who bank with Nedbank or looking to change to nedbank. Think twice before choosing this bank. Imagine being a customer for 30 years never missed or even skipped a payment. When we needed vehicle finance nedbank would not assist but standard bank financed the vehicle. We took a loan from nedbank for a term of 6 years so when I called today to ask to settle the loan in full they could not even offer me a discount for actually settling the amount before the loan term ended and the loan was only 10 months old. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I am actually looking to move to another banking institution as nedbank have completely lost the plot and I no longer need their services as the cannot provide proper services.
