Nedbank has lost my money

Not sure if it is worth doing a review as looking through previous complaints no one has had a response. But here goes For 18 years I have been paying UIF through Nedbank for my Domestic Worker. UIF cannot trace these payments. When I asked Nedbank where my payments were paid to they said THEY DIDN"T KNOW WHERE THEY HAD PAID THEM TO. But every month it had been deducted from my account
