Nedbank has horrible Service

Nedbank Home Insurance Division has continually ignored my claims. I left three messages already, they promised the handler will call me then they promised an assessor would call me and they didn’t. Still waiting for service and it’s been 5 months. I even left a message manager to call me - and still nothing
