Nedbank has failed me

I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience trying to open a bank account with Nedbank! Not only is their customer service poor, but it seems their staff are uninformed about their own processes. I opened my account in the beginning of August and at this point in time I still do not have my bank card. They have given me the runaround and treated me like garbage. Each time I try to get it sorted, I am told a different story. I’m not quite sure what to do anymore.
