Nedbank has failed me

<p>I have contacted the call center for assistance with my home loan and Malebelo assisted me, she was not emphathetic with my situation at all, she told me to check with other banks and try and get my interest rate down "I am with Nedbank and you telling me go to another bank!" are you saying I must read between the lines because the bank wont help. I then attempted to email and spoke to Malejwe via email and oh my, has how service gotten this bad, she takes forever to follow up and advised me she tried to contact me, I work!, make an appointment with me and I will show up to take your call! I do not answer unknown numbers! I was warned about Nedbank, I moved all my banking, now I am starting to regret my decision not because of Nedbank overall but the BOND DEPARTMENT!! FRUSTRATED!!!</p>
