Nedbank has existed to frustrate me

This is the worst bank I've ever walked into in the country. They gave me a credit card asked me to fica I brought all the necessary documents and it was apparently fica'd because I used the card for a few months. All of a sudden the card is blocked because it is \not fica'd". 5 attempts to Fifa the card with the consultants from Menlyn and Lephalale telling me it was done again and it's still not fica'd because the fica department apparently didn't get my documents. Like what in the world is Nedbanks job. Even the telephone divisions are useless. There is a lack of integration within Nedbank which causes serious headaches for their customers."""
