I needed answers to some tricky questions on bond and insurance issues this morning and was sent away from the branch and told to contact Nedbank telephone banking. I was not looking forward to the experience! I was helped by Nadine - without a doubt the most impressive interaction I have ever had with anybody at a callcentre of any kind.
