Nedbank has completely *****ed me over

I have been *****ed by this bank . In 2020 I was awarded covid relief for 6 month with an extension for a further 3 month , 1st payment Feb 2021 . They stopped my Automated debit on my home loan and all was well , NOW they are claiming I did NOT get covid relief , they do not have the paperwork ( Ps impossible for a customer to stop automated debits on home loans , only the banks can do it ) now because of Their incompetence , I now have to not only pay back the standard interest , I now have to pay the interest PLUS the outstanding amount accumulated over Non payment . Furthermore , I have just received an email stating that because I cant prove ( ME not them ) I got covid , they will no longer assist me . so this is ME warning everyone NOT to use this bank , they are sharks , they will ***** you the moment they get a chance . Go to any other bank but these *********** *****s .
