Nedbank has ceased a pensioner’s funds from Old Mutual investment for no apparent reason and cannot realise it

I have a Flexi investment plan with Old Mutual as well as some life cover. I am now at my retirement age and wanted to get my investment from Old Mutual. They checked the system and printed me a document that indicates that Nedbank has ceased my money. I took the document to Nedbank and my inquiry was referred to a gentleman call CharlesSchnikerrling who is the financial adviser for Nedbank. He only respond when I ask him how far he is with the investigation Finally on 17 Nov 2021 he indicated to me that the funds are still with Old Mutual, this is despite the fact that I gave him proof from Old Mutual that Nedbank has ceased my funds. He further indicated that he has asked for a disinvestment form and will send to me to sign. I have been waiting since 17 November to date I have not received any response. I really need my money because I do not any any account with Nedbank and they have no business is ceasing my funds.
