Nedbank has caused me and my family deep pain

My father passed away in 2020 and his estate is still not concluded. The appointed lawyers have been trying to get hold of the Nedbank Estates Tax Department with no response. The officer in charge of our case is Pretisha Maharaj who is not responding to our emails. I am very disappointed with this service. Nedbank please expedite this process because my family and I cannot close this very painful chapter of our lives.
