Nedbank has broken our trust and has dealt my family a heavy blow. They have given us false hope. How unprofessional they are honestly startles me.

My family and I have app**** for a bond on a home. Filled out all the paperwork and handed over all necessary required documents to them. They approved our bond and sent the final letter of grant.

We all celebrated, on hearing the news.

Days had passed and then they declined us on the bond. We are financially capable to afford the home and have proven this for them to have approved the bond initially. My entire family is also completely debt free.

My family including myself have been banking with Nedbank all the years. For as long as i owned businesses over the years i trusted and used Nedbank for my business accounts. and after what has happened and the way they have delt with us and how they left us feeling we are thinking of switching banks for all of our accounts as well as our business.

Nedbank you have left us broken inside.
