Nedbank has become a ****mer

Nedbank is like having a boyfriend who abuses you and keeps apologising and doing the same thing. They charged me for card replacement after agent said I wouldnt be charged as card was swallowed by electricity going off during transaction. Now I have to go to branch to reverse the charge. When I go there, its 1 person assisting in the bank. You wait until you cant wait anymore. Then you lose out on that refund. I am sick of Nedbank.
