NEDBANK Has become a JOKE....

Hi Nedbank... I am at this point of time truly furious and upset about the way your bank handles personal loans!!!!!! After numerous discussions with your consultants they still can not get my monthly figure right, If it is not the figure that is wrong it is the Debit that gets taken 4 times over the amount it should be. Clearly reviews don't help because you guys just do absolutely nothing to improve your services, You just keep on with what you are doing leaving your clients frustrated and hopeless.... I have been with Nedbank all my life and this is the kind of treatment I get. You as a ban are not transparent and the only way for your clients to get their matters solved is by calling you and wasting my money. JOKE!!!!!! I immediately request that you get your personal loans department to contact me for once and fix the agreement that was initially made. You should be embarrassed by the reputation you have received these last couple of years and your standards are seriously dropping. I want an answer from you by tomorrow lunch time and if not I will be taking legal matters against you in a court of Law.
