Nedbank has bad service

My name is Tshekiso Ngomani and I have a judgement on my name at ITC by Nedbank short term loans. I called Nedbank several times but they cannot pick me up on their system and therefore cannot assist me. I was given the name of the 3rd party and i called them and they also have no records of this debt.

Nedbank is making it hard for me as i cannot buy anything due to this ITC listing of 2012.
