NEDBANK HAS APPALLING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!

Nedbanks service has been the worst service that i have ever received!!!! I did an online personal loan which is ALLEGEDLY supposed to be the quickest method and takes "48 hours" but this appliaction has turned out to be nothing but a nightmare. I did the application on the 6th May 2017 and guess what i am still waiting for this application to be finalised!

i went to Nedbank Eastgate, and was assisted by Nozipho who gave me attitude and told me that I'm going to give her flu because i was sneezing and then Thabo the team leader also gave me attitude when i made queries about their online application system. I then went to Nedbank Glen Acres but i don't know how many times i have gone back to the branch to sign the same damn documents. There is always something outstanding and nobody knows what they are doing. Now the latset story is that the documents havent been FICA'd by the consulant. This nonsense has been going round in circles for over a week now!! I have left numerous messages for the branch manager at Glen Acres and guess what??? I AM STILL WAITING FOR HER TO CALL ME.

FNB pays out the same day, African Bank pays out in 48 hours and NEDBANK???? I made the worst decision to pick NEDBANK and I will forever regret that decision.A WEEK AND A HALF LATER AND IM STILL WAITING FOR THE APPLIACTION TO BE FINALISED?????

I am soooo disgusted and appalled at the service for a bank so big. My car financing is with NEDBANK, my credit is with NEDBANK and to think i was thinking of changing from FNB to NEDBANK, that would have been the worst decision i would have made! Never again will i assocaite myself with NEDBANK! NEDBANKS consultants and branch managers all have the same attitude with no resolutions.

Why have an online system which is far more incovininencing than actually going to the bank?? As a client I am disappointed, disgusted and severly inconvienced and will be taking this matter further with the Ombudsman.
