Nedbank has a Joke Factory

I Had a personal load. Paid each month. I Clicked "settle loan" in the app features and the Funds to the cent allocated by the bank and showed zero. Then debit order went off, interest went off. I called, I queried, it showed I was -R1600 under. Bla blah. But wait, there is more.. there it is...again I owe more money and more interest and more admin fees. Absolute joke factory but no problem, you've just proved me right. Because of personal loans specifically being ******* (and worse at bedside manners I will add) I've canceled my account and credit card. In the same breathe they asked why I am canceling. Haha.
