Nedbank harassing me on a daily basis

I am being harassed by Nedbank. I keep on being called on a daily basis by Nedbank. They keep phoning me asking to speak to another person. I have even given them the details for the other person. When I raise it with Nedbank when they call me, they tell me that they will update the details and then I get called again the next day again! As I typing this, I'm getting called again!
