Nedbank Harassing me

A lady by the name Nonhlanhla Ntuli contacted me claiming I missed an instalment in December and threatened to take away our home. the payment was made via EFT on the 23rd of December 2021.

After realizing her mistake, she then picked on an arrear amount from October 2021 which had an arrangement in place and demanded we pay it full or else our property would be attached, which we had then paid.

this morning she's sent an email to take away our home claiming that for the past 2 years (which we've had the bond) we have been paying late, the bond is due on the 1st and not my payment date which is the 26th and we've accumulated interest of R9 900 and it should be paid in less than 20 days or else our home will be taken away.

firstly, when we took out the bond, noone explained this to me, the bank has been debiting our account every month and as far as we new there was no arrear amount, no one contacted me about any outstanding amount.

it looks like this specific individual doesn't particularly like me and has taken it upon themselves to take my home away. i have paid religiously my instalments even through tough times.

i have a 1year old child and a son whose 14 years old and i'm trying my best to earn an honest living.

i have complained to the bank but haven't received a response.

please help.
