Nedbank harassing a old man

My father a pensioner, retired recently and got his package, so he than went to Nedbank to request for settlement on his debts they advised him that he has insurance for the debt thereby the insurance will payout the debt until gets a job , mind you he’s 55 years old it’s unlikely for him to get employment at age, a year after they started harassing him to pay out the bank loan according to the law if you don’t contact someone about their debts in three months, the debt will be insolvent. Which surprises us as to why they are harassing an old man like him who is unemployed and won’t be able to pay that debt.
