Nedbank Handling of Deceased Estates Sucks!

I am the executor of Estate Late JJ van der Westhuizen Court Master file # 003713/2020. I am a 76 yrs old that would prefer to resolve this matter via email. The Master of the court requires the closing bank account statements SARS requires Tax Certificates The widow requires payment the balance of the account (R2696.26)

So far I visited the branch 3 times

I have sent over 20 emails

I hope to live long enough to complete my assignment.
