Nedbank Handing me over, but on debt review

<p>I have just received a message on my cellphone informing me that Nedbank has now handed me over to their attorneys due to non payment. However funny thing is that I am on debt review and my debt councellors have been paying on my behalf.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am uncertain as to why I have been handed over when I have a court interdict and agreement that the amount that has been paid will not change and it was agreed upon between my debt councellors and Nedbank with a judge present.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, when I contacted Rushane from the attorneys, she is so rude, she sighs in a person's ear. Just asks you how she can help you, doesn't say you are speaking to her. Then makes an excuse that she was waiting for a reference number to come up on her system. Seriously who does that????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Of course, I told her she is unprofessional, and she did not seem too bothered by the fact that I told her that. Clearly that is the way the attorney's are trained to speak to customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank goodness I do not have a Nedbank account anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Should I receive a call, or message of any kind from Nedbank or their attorneys, it will not be a pretty picture for either.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nedbank is well aware of the fact that I am on debt review and should not be getting their attorneys involved in this matter if everything was agreed upon.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will also be posting this review on the attorneys hellopeter page.</p>
