NEDBANK handed over my loan to brooks and Luyt Without sending me a letter despite me calling them to make arrangements and this was during Covid lockdown 2020 even after I’ve begged them to take back the loan to NEDBANK they rather it accumulate interest

Good day I am writing this urgent email as an appeal to NEDBANK to please assist me. Previously I didn’t even know I could email or get any assistance about this but I googled and found this email. In 2019 I took a loan of R81000 from NEDBANK I was able to afford it until I couldn’t it also happened to be in line of Covid I had no postage or email telling me I was about to be handed over to brooks and luyt and if I look back at lockdown I know for certain nobody received postage of letters during 2020 lockdown or after for months up till now I’ve no letter In my possession I did contact NEDBANK telephonically to make arrangements and explain my situation but in 2*** I couldn’t afford any installments due to loss of Salary. I tried my best to pay what I could to brooks and Luyt they only keep adding interest I cannot usually reach them they don’t reply to emails and I left a message on hello Peter for NEDBANK about this for their attention I don’t even know if any ombudsman can help I am desperate I can’t get a loan or consolidate this loan I can’t get a bond I want to really kill myself because of this debt and I don’t wish that on anybody if I look back at the statements I had to email NEDBANK from the hello Peter response it was of no help they just said they handed me over long ago and brooks and out are handling it I want to find out from NEDBANK

I need a home loan I am employed by the department of education can NEDBANK not take this loan back from brooks and luyt And give me a home loan bond on higher interest ? Or Atleast reduce this debt off the interest to be the amount owing only and then I could pay so it’s not on arrears it’s affecting my credit profile really badly I don’t have any means to get a home or do anything I really need help each time I email NEDBANK I get no assistance please can you help me Kind regards
