Nedbank hackers

So yesterday as I was supposed to pay for my kids school fees, I opened my bank app and found that there's money missing, I then went through my transaction list and found that I've been hacked and my money withdrawn, I then called Nedbank without getting help quickly I went to their branch that's where they tried helping, but I still haven't got my money back, and I'm angry because what I'm left with in my account will be deducted by nedbank charges then by the time I get my money it won't be enough for me to even pay for the school fees, these are the inconiences and shame Nedbank brings us.
