NEDBANK HACKED CREDIT CARD 4 TIMES IN 3 MONTHS

My credit card got hacked for the 4th time now since October 2019. This is totally unacceptable. Your money is not safe with Nedbank. I lodged complaints at card ***** department and was told if I dont here from them within 3 weeks to contact them myself.. I was without any money over the Christmas season. When I phoned early January I was told the one transcation was reversed, no notification, no emails, no phone calls. So there are still 3 transaction money outstanding for reversal. How is it possible that a Credit card can get hacked 4 times in 3 months? Their security wall is non-existent I gather. I stopped receiving notifications via sms to approve or decline any transaction. How far do I have to go to sort out this. The amounts are accumulating. Also I have to request a replacement card every time. 4 cards in 3 months.
