Chantel Jackson and her Manager Mark Brooks at Nedbank ***** Department should really reconsider their current occupational field cause customer service is definitely not their forte. Chantel is unprofessional and show no interest in her duties and no consideration for the frustration and financial burden her inability to perform her duties are causing clients. Her Manager Mark is more concern about being burdened with complaints about Chantel than trying to assist to get the issue resolved.
