Nedbank Group Risk Employee Bullying and keeping money that doesn't belong him

In August 2021 I made a payment to Obepeng Goitsione and I was told that the money was held in a Nedbank suspense account due to HIS account being closed or **********. An investigation was launched by FNB and closed and the money was returned to his account. FNB and myself did everything we could to resolve this matter AND the money was returned to his account, so that he could pay me back. Now he is refusing to pay back the amount claiming that FNB should contact him or his banker directly and that there are processes that must be followed. My banker from FNB contacted him via email and explained how FNB process and we still find ourselves in this mess. When asked for his banker's contacts so that our banker's can resolve this he refuses. So can Mr Obepeng Goitsione kindly enlighted us how this can be resolved, if the money was RELEASED into HIS account. Why is he REFUSING to pay me back? Can I please get clarity as to what exactly is happening because I am finding myself bul**** by Mr Goitsione because he feels that he knows the process better than everyone because he himself is a Nedbank employee (Group Risk). Now this very simple matter can't be resolved.
