Nedbank Group Risk Department

Worst Service Ever! It has been a mission to get through to the Group Risk department to follow up on a pemding case that i have.

I have been given my case handlers number and her manager and both calls to them just go unanswered. If i knew this is the kind of service i will recieve from Nedbank i would have not even bothered moving to Nedbank as it seems they do not care about customer service.

It is really frustrating to chase after people that should be in communication with you as a customer and provide feedback on a case. Im very dissapointed in Nedbank!
