Nedbank Group must shut down it cause pain to orphans

My name is Nthabiseng on the 06thOctober 2022 I went to Nedbank Fourways with my younger brother regarding some funds my Mom left for him before she passed on we've been assisted by Shadra fanicial advisor @ Fourways and submitted all documents requested but not even a single reply or word from Nedgroup nor to their own employee.My brother wanted to further his studies with funds but till today Nedbank hasn't said anything we don't want any service's with them anymore but only our funds since they failed to deliver over 6months I bet my Mom is turning in her grave with all the trauma Nedbank has caused us💔
