Nedbank Group Invest refuses to log me in

Usually quite good. However, today, I cannot log into Nedbank Group Investments. It simply won't allow me in, says my password is wrong and I've been using it for 2-3 years now. When I try to reset it, it won't let me saying I cannot proceed because, "something is wrong on our side". So I cannot bank at all with Nedbank Group Invest today I guess. Totally pathetic.
