Nedbank Greenstone - terrible service

I have to say that the service at the Greenstone Nedbank branch is absolutely dismal due to understaffing and employees being super slow. A staff member questioned regarding this, was also rude and abrupt in her response saying that ‘well the other staff are on leave’. There was only one staff member working behind the cash service counter and a second staff member literally just sitting and watching the staff member working at this counter. As 3rd in line in the cash service queue, we spent an hour waiting to be served as the staff member working behind the counter was missing half the time. How can this be deemed as being well-managed or efficient? Terrible client service. The floor layout and consultation areas could also do with some serious reconsideration.
