Nedbank Greenstone

Wake up, management! Read the reviews, notice how the this dreadful bank is only getting a one star rating. I was there on Thursday, there were 5 of us in the waiting area. One man was so angry, he was using expletives freely and loudly, another said she had been sitting for 3 hours in an almost empty bank, a third phoned head office, another asked if anyone had a match to light a fire under the rude, useless staff. Manager? We asked for him/her but surprise, surprise no answer, no response from any of the staff. After a lifetime of banking at Nedbank, I have closed my account and will move to Absa. Beware all who open an account at Nedbank, Greenstone!
