Nedbank Greenstone Branch

Now officially complaining about Nedbank Greenstone.On the understanding that you have my money and I as your client use your facilities and pay for it. Your staff seriously need attitude adjustments urgently. Don't care attitude and for spite they make you wait, that is exactly how you see and feel: no smiles no good morning unless you say it first. All say how can i help you. It's like they are doing you a BIG favour but you as a bank are holding my money. They walk in and out as they please at any time when they wish. That is exactly what it looks like from clients waiting.. This is disgusting and atrocious service and unexceptable from your Greenstone branch!!!!
