There cannot be a bank with more surly, unhelpful staff. You are not greeted, a wave of the hand indicates the vicinity you should sit and wait. It gets worse from there - the interminable wait, the sureness of the staff and, to top it off, after 3 hours nothing is resolved. I sat waiting with 4 other clients, all were as dissatisfied as I was. I closed my account and will transfer assets to Absa. One thing for sure - whatever it is like, I rest assured it can't be worse than Nedbank.
