NEDBANK GREENSTONE

I went to Nedbank Greenstone on 24 December 2020 after receiving an SMS to collect my cheque card. On arrival, I was given a ticket with a letter C which stand for collection and the time was15h10. After 20 minutes since I entered the bank, I realized that not a single C had bee called out. There was a young lady sitting not very far from were I sat and she arrived before I did. Typically as a young person, she was busy with her phone. I then politly interrupted her with a greeting. I asked her how long she had had been waiting. To her shock, she only realized at that time that she had been waiting for 30 minutes. I then wanted to find out what she came to do. She also came to collect and her ticket number was a number before mine. By the way, the bank was not even busy, it was the last hour of the bank's business hours. I then went to the door where they issue the tickets wanting to know what the problem was. The lady (I have her name) was very rude and gave me dirty looks, even after I went back to the sit she kept looking my direction with the looks. Then one of the bank's employees walked passed and stopped him and told him my frustration and I demanded to see the brach manager. Apparently the manager was not around. I was then told there was only one person was serving on collections. That person did not call up a single client for over 30 minutes and she was not busy with NO ONE at the time. The gentleman from Nedbank then went to the counter and approached the lady who 'was supposed to be assisting' with collections. About 5 minutes thereafter, the other lady's ticket number was then called out, all of a sudden, how conveniently??? I was going to be next. Unfortunately, at 15h55 which was 5 minutes before the bank was going to close and I still waiting. I had to leave, frustrated, unsatisfied and without getting what I went to the bank for. Now I'm receiving SMSs that if I don't collect my card on 28 December 2020, my card will be returned to the branch. I'm unable to fetch my card today. I currently do not have a bank
