Nedbank Greenbacks - Weber Kettle Braai ordered - no delivery after 7 months
I ordered a Weber kettle braai using my Greenbacks at the beginning of December 2017. The Greenback points were immediately deducted and despite numerous follow ups ( to ineffective help desks ) and even reporting to my Nedbank branch twice, I still have not received it or been advised of a tracking number.
