Nedbank Greenbacks ****

NEDBANK GREENBACKS ****!!!! Two years later since the first **** made public, … and this ******** syndicate still gets protected and I am being treated like the ********, this after I was ****med for (– R29, 860.66). What is happening to society!!!!

On 30/6/2019, I was at work on duty. At about 14:49 I received a call from telephone no. + ***. The caller alleged to be Michael Visagie (**** name) an employee of Nedbank assisting with redeeming of greenbacks that was due to me and Nedbank wants to do a cashback into my credit card. He had all my detail e.g. ID No, residential address, credit card number, the etiquette of Nedbank employees where you are told 'the calls are recorded...' and all I had to do was to confirm my details which I did. Five minutes later at about 14:51 whilst busy at work I received a sms from Nedbank confirming a purchase or transaction to the value of R29860.66 from WWW.EASYPAY.CO.ZA. Suspecting *****, I reported immediately to Nedbank ***** line and drove quickly to the Nedbank branch at Crossings Nelspruit for assistance with the bank manager himself, which took me about 15 minutes. Indeed, the bank confirmed the ********** transaction to the given value above and it was still pending on the system. I even phoned Easypay, that confirmed that the amount was received and was to be paid to the third party, but I had to obtain a J205 from the court, which I did. I was offered Dispute form to fill which I did. I had the same credit card in my possession all the time and gave no one any authority to use it, in fact I destroyed the card in the bank managers office. I am also unaware of what was purchased. I did not get any response from Nedbank until I phoned Mr Jaco Kotze, the bank manager on 02/07/2019. He phoned Mr Narsai Sundeep from Nedbank ***** department and he claimed that he sent an email with the outcome on 18/06/2019. The email address used, was my previous job that I left 5 years ago. When I queried this, I was told that this is the address on their system where my credit card statements are emailed to (basically all my info is on this statement), though all my other Nedbank correspondence I receive on my current mail. I received a letter from Nedbank card dispute resolution services, advising me to refer the same to the supplier which left me more confused and frustrated. In the meantime, Nedbank deducted an instalment of R8100.00. I had to borrow money from my son to avoid the huge interest charges and for the fact that the instalment is basically half of my salary is. Up to now I have supp**** Nedbank with the details of the *******’s id number, address as well as his cell phone number as well as the outcome of the J205 which forced Easypay to reveal the information that this guy used a **** profile at Easypay. This was confirmed with the J205. I received undated calls from collections department with no assistance. Up to now Nedbank can clearly see that I have done everything to show that I was the victim, yet I am being treated like the ******** and the real ******** gets protected. I need help or someone who will listen and come up with the solution. I liaise with the SAPS on a weekly basis as to what the progress is of this case…just to hear that I must bear in mind that she is dealing with 183 cases…. I must wait….
