Nedbank Greenbacks rewards for you or them?

I have signed up for the Nedbank Greenbacks program thinking that this reward system must be at-least on par with that of the other major banking reward programs, but I have been really let down by the fact that I am in fact rewarding them, not the other way around. I have received an sms of my greenbacks balance which was more or less in line with what I expected it to be (approx R600) but my balance on my profile has been indicating less that R40 for quite some time despite having done many transactions at what I assumed was their rewards partners. I contacted the call centre (28 minute call 29/09/2020 with ***) to bring this to their attention, but have failed to get a response from them after I was told I would get a reply within 2 weeks. I hope this platform would bring me some resolution but I am slowly losing hope and patience.
