Nedbank greenbacks rewards dont work

I have a greenbacks credit card with nedbank, i was told i would earn points evertime i swipe my card, but i have been using my card and i have received no points, the consultants keep telling me to opt in as a card swiper but there is no option to opt in if you already have a profile, and my profile is linked to the greenbacks app, its like im paying for a service that im not even using.
