Nedbank Greenbacks Reward Programme

I am trying since Mid January now, to have a GREENBACKS Problem on the NEDBANK GREENBACKS Website, resolved by their *********** Staff, a Teamleader does not even bother to respond anymore, the Best Option for me is, to cancel all my Accounts with Nedbank, and go with another Bank, which I told them over the Phone, but they dont even bother to worry about it. I have been with Nedbank for over 15 Years now, and it is a SHAME what is happening there!!!
