Nedbank Greenbacks NOT DELIVERING!!!

I placed an order on Nedbank Greenbacks website in June 2018, the delivery took place months later and 2 of the three ordered items were not there.

I then placed a call to Nedbank on the 27th of August 2018 to request a follow up. They then provided me with an case ID and told me the matter would be followed up. They never called me back. I yet again phoned a week later and was rudely informed that they are still investigating the matter. TO THIS DAY, NOTHING!!!! I am still waiting for the items I ordered as gifts for family members. Your delivery note stated 3 items, yet there was one, the delivery man said there are more to come, which in itself was weird, why would you ship 1 combined order in 2 or more shipments....

This is not the first time a greenbacks issue has happened and i'm betting it won't be the last.
