Nedbank Greenbacks FAR behind FNB eBucks!

I am deeply disappointed in the Nedbank Greenbacks system. I complained on the website but it was ignored. I spent R586 at Pickn Pay and got GB232 then I spent R30 000 and got GB 174 (worth approx R5) while my son also paid the same amount with his FNB card at the same place on the same day. His eBucks he received was valued at R1400. An investment of R5 compared to R1400 is not a good one. Nedbank is VERY far behind!
