Nedbank Greenbacks Department sends misleading SMS's

I received an SMS from Nedbank informing me that I have 38000+ Greenbacks... value R900 more or less. I go to a Nedbank ATM to draws some cash....ATM slip showed I only have R210 available...called Nedbank and was informed they never sent me the SMS(I still have the sms)...went to a Branch and was told to phone Greenbacks department as the Branch can't help me...according to the Branch the SMS was a mistake and the amount showing on the slip is the correct amount.....how convenient to make a mistake and then the lower amount of the two is then automatically the correct amount...HOW MANY OTHER MISTAKES HAS NEDBANK MADE?????
