NEDBANK Greenbacks department no feedback

I am extremely frustrated with nedbanks greenbacks department , I have not been allocated my greenbacks since the 14th of July , I logged a case on the 8th of August , since then I have received no feedback , no greenbacks allocation and low and behold everytime you call , they just give another excuse and ask to phone in 2 days again to follow up. How can a institution like nedbank one of the biggest banks in south africa not get a issue like this resolved in a few hours never mind more than a month
