Nedbank - Greenbacks

I have been happily banking with Nedbank for quite some time up until last year towards the end when I noticed that I was not accumulating any greenbacks when I was suppose to. I then contacted the customer service several times, to this day the matter hasn't been resolved. Every time I speak to the consultants they seem to be shocked and again no changes
