Nedbank Greenbacks

People please be warned if you are with Nedbank's Greenbacks rewards program and you decide to spend it on an Item from their lists of qualifying stores on line. I recently Redeemed a Hisense Infinity E9 cell phone for 82 900GB, which took me quite some time to accumulate. The advert States Hisense Infinity E9 "bundle" and shows a nice picture of the phone with a small blue tooth speaker. I ordered it as it was my sons birthday coming up soon, and it would make a great upgrade to his phone. The parcel arrive about 4 days later , via Courier and I took the sealed box wrapped it up and put away till his birthday.On his birthday it was opened only to find that there was only a phone inside and no speaker. After numerous phone calls and complaints to Nedbank I finally received a call then an email from a Mary telling me that if I had clicked on and read the description on the advert, there is no mention of any extras that come with the phone. My point is why Advertise a product as a "Bundle" with a picture showing the phone and speaker, if it is for a phone only , this is very misleading and false advertising as far as I am concerned. Other post that I have checked, now, show laptops with carrier bags with no mention of the bag in the description. So people please read carefully and click around on the advert before placing any any orders in your trolley.......
