Nedbank Greenbacks

Trying to activate and use Nedbank GreenBacks Nedbank advised to activate online for Greenbacks 2015 at N1 City Nedbank I've actived online but was not sure if it activated and never knew I had to get a card, nobody advised Went back to order a card in 2018 and received card after two weeks Activating the card with a pin failed x3 times at Nedbank N1 City Goodwood Balance enquirers failed after I\ve been given a wait period of 2 - 3 working days A reference number was given ********** 3 Call centre was contacted 5 days after and the same refrence number was given Revisited Nedbank N1 City Goodwood after 7 days not very helpfull and referred to that the client need to call the client centre My pin was activated again and customer service phoned Greenbacks , now I'm at the same point where I have to wait 2- 3 working days for Some old account Greenbacks and a new Greenbacks account ? Who knows I quess I have to contact the call centre again So is Greenbacks part of Nedbank or not? seems to go in circles
