Nedbank Greenbacks *****!

I have been banking with Nedbank for over 15 years and in that time I have also had a Greenbacks profile. At the end of May, my Greenbacks account with all my points was CLOSED without any communication from me. When I complained about it, I was assured that my account and its points would be restored (which it was). BUT my 5/5 level was not restored, I am now on 1/5 level meaning I earn WAY less points. I have contacted Nedgroup Lifestyle but someone has yet to respond. What I also find amusing is that GB Lifestyle forwarded an email from a Ms Nabeelah Khan who states that I instructed her to close the account and that I would forfeit the points.....NEVER!!!!!
