Nedbank Greenback rewards

Nedbank has become a joke!! why is your extra 20% discount for nedbank clients misleading?😨 At no point did you mention that the 20% hyperli discount is to a maximum of 200R. Such information needed to be declared as I had budgeted to use the voucher for a purchase and deducted 20%.

I was then told I would get a response in three days and this has not happened. I have also contacted Hyperli and they are able to help.

This is very sad given the relationship I have over the years enjoyed with the Nedbank service. It is completely unacceptable and leaves us little choice but to raise this complaint with legal services.
