Nedbank Greenback poor service

Nedbank Greenbacks programme does not get back to me on my query for raising to level 3 package when I have a home loan with Nedbank. I phoned contact centre to ask why I couldn't add it on Money App. They escalated to Greenbacks dept and still no response . This is such bad service.
